The Balls Creek Elementary PTO is excited to kick off another fun and successful school year! As always, we’re working hard to support our students, teachers, and school community—and this year, we need your help to make a BIG dream come true.
Our goal for the 2025–2026 school year is to raise funds for a NEW PLAYGROUND! This investment will provide safe and fun equipment for our students to enjoy for years to come. In addition, PTO funds also support field trip t-shirts, school supplies, teacher appreciation events, and student activities like school dances and special events.
Sponsorship Opportunities
We’re inviting local businesses, organizations, and families to become PTO Sponsors. In return, sponsors receive recognition throughout the year, including:
Verbal recognition at the Fall Festival
Social media announcements and thank-you
Logo or name included on school banners and promotional materials
Recognition in the end-of-year thank you on social media and ParentSquare
Wise Owl level sponsors ($500) also receive a logo placement in the school yearbook and on the car rider banner at school
Sponsorship levels:
Wise Owl – $500
Hoot Hoot – $250
Owl-umni – $100
If you’d like your sponsorship to be credited toward a student’s fundraising efforts, please include their name on your commitment form.
Student Incentives
To encourage family participation, we’re offering fun rewards for students for sponsorships and donations collected:
$100+ → Ice cream party + Fall Festival wristband
$250+ → Above rewards + Glow Dance Party
$500+ per family → Above rewards + Foam Party & Popsicles
Every student can play a part in helping us reach our goal, while also earning some exciting celebrations along the way!

Sponsorships will be accepted now through October 10th, 2025.
